Ray and Lamont were AMAZING! For just 2 guys, they got me loaded up and moved within 2 hrs!!! I mean literally the quickest move I’ve ever experienced! Police and mannerable, they made sure everything was moved as if it were their own! I would definitely recommend them and the company!

After my father died away, John and his staff assisted me and my mother in moving into a new home. They transported goods into the new house from two distinct sites. The entire crew performed an outstanding job and was a joy to work with. I would suggest John to anybody who requires any of their services.

Ray and Chris did a wonderful job and was time efficient and cost saving!! Their professionalism, teamwork, and communication skills were their best top traits, that in my opinion, is what made the job go so smoothly. I recently used RMS for my move from the suburbs to downtown. It was a last minute move and they were super accommodating to my needs and did everything to make sure I would be taken care of! The day of, Dontrell and Bryant showed up on time and well prepared. They worked quickly and efficiently to get everything loaded into the truck. They took extra caution and wrapped all of my furniture items and breakable glass cabinets so they wouldn’t be damaged in transport. They took good care of my items and make sure everything arrived at my new place intact. They have both been doing this for many years and you can tell, they made it look effortless!

Let me make sure to get this out of the way. This was hands down the best moving experience I’ve ever had.had a fantastic experience with the company overall from working with Dejanee on the sales end to make sure that everything was booked correctly for me prior, checking on how I would like things managed during moving to following up the night before to see if everything was still as it should be.Then Rey and Joshua Jordan came to move me. First, they called to check in and let me know when they were arriving, so I didn’t have to wait to figure out when they would arrive in the 2 hour window.Let me tell you they were so fast! Seriously. Like faster than my grub hub order from the Thai place I like. Not just fast, considerate of my belongings. Took time to wrap them in blankets, secure them everything! I felt very safe with them moving my life to a new house.Even better, they helped me place furniture and made sure everything was where I wanted it. Josh said, “we treat it like we were moving in”Honestly, that sums it up.Hands down the best moving experience I’ve ever had!

I had the opportunity to work with this company for the move to my new home. After weeks of searching I settled on this company as their rates couldn’t be bet. Up front pricing so there were no surprises.The company was very helpful regarding preparing for my move. Most of all they were accommodating as my closing was pushed back and I had to have my mover reschedule( which was done at no charge)My movers ( Rey and his crew) were absolutely the best! They played no games getting me packed up and unloaded.The also took excellent care of my belongings and my home.I think I may have had one or two scratches for a whole 3 bedroom move!I would definitely use them again if the need should arise!

The movers themselves were awesome! The crew in Chicago was excellent. The only name I can remember is Dontrelle (sp?). I did not get to meet the helpers in Providence. The driver was excellent and very responsive. A few items were damaged but it was just really cheap furniture that the tape pulled the finish off. My only issue was the incessant calling by sales people even after I signed a contract. I called and asked the guy I was working with (Malcolm) to have these stopped and they greatly diminished but still over kill and aggressive tactics. Each time it was a different person who called. Overall happy with move from Chicago to Rhode Island

Everyone I have dealt with at RMS Movers has been professional and polite. From Dejanee calling me regarding an estimate and reservation, to updating my estimate on short notice, to Malcolm personally returning my call when a conversation got cut off with an agent. Dennis was extremely patient with me when I had trouble arranging payment on delivery day.The moving team of Isaiah, Darron, andDontrell were fantastic! On time and finished loading in 2 hours! Very attentive to my requests, and careful with my items. On delivery day, Isaiah texted me early in the morning with an ETA and updated me as the day went along. When he arrived, he unloaded the truck into my storage unit incredibly efficiently and organized.I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in the Chicago area for a local or long-distance move.Polite, professional and efficient!! Thank you!

Great service! Black owned! My move was originally scheduled for 8/31/21. DD called me to inform me that my move would have to be rescheduled to the next day. He contacted me early to let me know so I wouldn’t be waiting. Isiah and his team arrived on time the following day to move all my belongings. His team had excellent communication skills, positive attitudes, and good teamwork. They handled my belongings with care and were careful not to damage any fragile items. Will recommend to friends and family.

I have used Max several times and they have never disappointed me. Mike and Allen helpless with the recent move. There was very professional and punctual. Most importantly they were very much responsive towards any queries on the booking day and even on the day of our move. Bravo to these guys that they got the job done in short time.

On the day of the move, our two movers, Ben, called us in advance to let us know of their specific arrival time. Great quick and clear communication with the sales team. David did an excellent job, and I will definitely recommend them! All belongings made it to our new place in perfect condition.
